$79,000

This community is located in central Florida, resident owned with an association fee of $206 a month, collected twice a year. The association fee includes your lawn mowed and trimmed, cable and internet, plus the use of all the amenities in the park and the removal of the garbage for the park. The amenities include, pool, hot tub, pickleball/ tennis courts, corn hole courts and shuffleboard courts. There's also a nine-hole executive golf course which is a seperate business with separate fees. We have a clubhouse for get-togethers and numerous activities during the season, commercial kitchen, billiards room, library, and a laundry facility. The RV lot has a double concrete pad that was professionally painted last year. There's a 8X10 shed large enough to accommodate a golf cart. The lot has 20/30/50-amp electric service and full hookups. One of the nicest features is the wooded area behind the property, providing some shade in the afternoon and a peaceful, private feel. The lot is exceptionally neat and clean and has been well maintained. It's a great opportunity to enjoy the convenience of a resident owned community while still having your own comfortable and attractive RV site.
