Darren Dowling is a Sarasota-based real estate broker-owner and the founder of Beyond Realty, a boutique, white glove real estate brokerage located at 2170 Main Street, Suite 103, Sarasota, FL 34237. Darren serves buyers and sellers across Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Florida’s Gulf Coast, including Manatee and Charlotte counties.

Darren has been a Florida resident since 2003 and a licensed Realtor® since 2015, guiding hundreds of buyers and sellers through successful residential transactions throughout Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Venice/Wellen Park, and surrounding communities. As broker-owner of Beyond Realty, Darren leads a team committed to delivering luxury-level service at every price point, combining high-touch representation with modern marketing and data-driven strategy.

A three-time British national cycling champion and Florida state champion, Darren brings elite discipline, preparation, and performance standards into his real estate practice.
