"Wendy Dowling did an exceptional job. I have worked with several real estate agents as both a buyer and seller, and Wendy's expertise and execution were by far the best. She was incredibly responsive to my inquiries, but she also knew when to take initiative without my micromanaging. She was incredibly knowledgeable about local market conditions and servicers. My only regret with the sale of my home is not taking her advice about obtaining a particular pre-sale inspection that was clearly wise in hindsight. She knew better than I did! She was always available when I needed her but never intrusive. I took every bit of advice she provided me (minus that pre-sale inspection I mentioned—which I should have), and the home got multiple offers within days. We closed within just a couple short weeks of listing! She was patient with me through every step of the process, recognized my concerns as a seller, and did everything possible to facilitate a sale. Seriously, I cannot overstate how please I am with the way things turned out."
