The Sarasota and Manatee County real estate markets recorded strong closed-sale activity during September 24–October 1, 2026. In both counties, the number of homes sold exceeded the number of new listings, while significant pricing adjustments continued across the market.

The latest Home Sale Market data provides useful insight for buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota, Manatee County, Lakewood Ranch, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. For buyers, the number of price decreases may create opportunities to revisit properties that have become more competitively priced.
