From above, guests can take in Sarasota Bay, Marina Jack, the Gulf of Mexico and the downtown skyline. The rooftop offers seating at the bar, tables and cabanas, making it an easy choice for everything from a casual afternoon drink to an evening out.

The Westin currently lists The Roof Bar & Eats as open seven days a week, with later hours Friday and Saturday.

Sage's open-air rooftop sits on the building's fourth floor and features a full bar, lounge seating and a fire pit. Most importantly, it offers 360-degree views of downtown Sarasota.
The rooftop is currently open during Sage's regular business hours and offers full bar service. Sage notes that the rooftop can occasionally close for private events, so checking ahead is a good idea.
