When Sue Carroll moved to Florida in 2009, she fell in love with her new community so deeply that she decided to turn her passion into a career in real estate. After earning her license, she bravely faced the challenging recession market for two years before a family emergency put her career on hold. In 2017, Sue returned to the real estate industry with renewed vigor and has since become a trusted and successful REALTOR® in the Manatee and Sarasota County markets.

She is a devoted mom to a 19-year-old, electrical engineer to be son and stepmother to two grown daughters. Sue has a passion for dogs and spends her free time walking her two rescue dogs, Buddy and Dixie. She is also dedicated to serving her community, supporting local farmers through a Community Supported Agriculture farm, and has been actively involved with organizations such as Meals on Wheels and Feeding America Tampa Bay.
