Seaire is a master-planned community by MetroPlaces one mile east of I-75 at Moccasin Wallow Road and Carter Road in Parrish, in northern Manatee County. Several builders have neighborhoods inside Seaire. M/I Homes builds a limited collection of homes on 60 and 70 foot homesites inside a private gated section of the community, with more than 10 floor plans from about 2,300 to over 4,400 square feet.

The lagoon is open. Seaire's 4.5-acre crystal-clear Metro Lagoon is now open to residents, with a sandy beach, swimmable water, kayaks and paddleboards, a swim-up bar, an in-water obstacle course, a double water slide, private cabanas and an event lawn. The community also includes ULTRAFi high-speed internet, solar-powered smart streetlights, and linear parks and trails.
